Q. - When I try to preview my site or click a link to an online web page, I sometimes get an error. Why? This is a known issue
related to Internet Explorer. The Internet Explorer browser (IE) sometimes has trouble understanding the instructions sent when
you preview or click on certain links. When IE can't understand the preview or link information, it will display an error message
instead of opening the new window in which your preview or external web page is supposed to appear.(This information is from
the Yahoo Sitebuilder help page.)
A. - To remedy this problem first try downloading the newest version of Internet Explorer with at this time is version 8. The
download is free from:
www.microsoft.com/windows/internet-explorer/

If this doesn't remedy the problem, try using Mozilla Firefox or Netscape Navigator as your browser. When you preview or click
links to sites outside of SiteBuilder, the expected new window will open in Firefox or Netscape instead of IE; neither of these
browsers should encounter the same error problem.

You can download a new browser anytime at http://
www.mozilla.org/ (Mozilla) or http://browser.netscape.com/ns8/ (Netscape).

If  you wish to set Firefox as your default browser, open Firefox and select Tools, then Options. In the General section, choose
"Set Default Browser."

If you wish set Netscape as your default browser, open Netscape, select the Edit menu, then Preferences.... In the Navigator
section, click "Set Default Browser."

During an update on March 3, 2013 it has been found that Internet Explorer 8
seems to be the better choice now for viewing the PDF files on our website as they
load much faster. At this time there are no special instructions on how to view in
Internet Explorer 8, click on the link and a version of a Portable Document File
(PDF) viewer will open and the file should load directly into the viewer. If you wish
to continue using Firefox, please feel free to do so, but keep in mind that it appears
that Firefox will load the viewer from your system and then load the file you wish to
view, which takes a considerable amount of time
. I'm leaving the previous
instructions in case anyone is still encountering problems.
